Account Health
Account Health aggregates signals Meta cares about: how fast you post, how similar your copy is across groups, link placement risk, and recent failure streaks. Green means proceed with normal caution. Red means fix settings before publishing.
No score guarantees zero account restriction. It is a pre-flight gauge, not insurance. Pair it with warmup mode for new accounts and delivery log review after every campaign.
Why marketers care
Bulk group posting without a risk check is gambling with your main Facebook profile. Account Health turns vague “post carefully” advice into a number you can act on before a campaign goes live. One red score caught early saves weeks of recovery from a restriction that kills outbound and inbound lead work. Agencies use the score in standups. Solo operators use it as a gut check before they walk away from the laptop.
Common mistakes
- Ignoring red scores because “it worked last month”
- Chasing green by shortening delays instead of adding spintax
- Running multiple campaigns at once without checking cumulative pace
- Treating Account Health as proof of safety instead of a warning system
Example in practice
You schedule identical 200-word promo copy to 60 groups with 30-second delays. Account Health drops to red with duplicate warnings and aggressive pacing alerts. You add spintax blocks to openings and closings, bump posting delays to 4-minute averages, and remove three groups that rejected you last week. Score rises to yellow. You publish at half the original group count and monitor the delivery log for the next 24 hours.
In MaherPost
Account Health runs inside the campaign composer before you hit publish. It weighs your selected group bundle, delay settings, spintax coverage, link placement, and recent failure streaks from past runs. Warmup mode adjusts the thresholds automatically so new accounts see stricter warnings. The score updates live as you change settings, so you fix problems in the editor instead of learning about them from a locked account.
