Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MaherPost ("MaherPost", "we", "our", or "us"), including our website, SaaS platform, and Chrome extension (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

MaherPost is a Facebook group auto poster that allows users to schedule and publish content to Facebook groups through a browser extension. The Service operates through your logged-in Facebook session. MaherPost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to spam, harass, or post prohibited content on Facebook
• Violate Facebook's Terms of Service or Community Standards
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Use fake, purchased, or impersonation Facebook accounts
• Resell access to the Service without authorization (white label agreements excepted)

4. Facebook account risk

Posting to Facebook groups at scale carries inherent risk of account restrictions. MaherPost provides safety tools including delays, spintax, and Account Health scoring, but no tool can guarantee zero risk. You use the Service at your own discretion and accept responsibility for your Facebook account activity.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

MaherPost retains all rights to the Service, software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you create and post through the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific posting outcomes, or compatibility with future Facebook platform changes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaherPost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of Facebook account access, revenue, or data arising from use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
